LATEST UPDATE: The playground, pool, and tennis courts are all open. Pool and playground COVID rules are posted by their respective entrances.
UPDATE 7/14/20: The tennis court is re-opened. Per Broward County guidelines, the playground will remain closed until further notice.

Monday, March 23rd, 2020: The office is closed to the public until further notice. We are still available Monday – Friday 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. by phone (954) 432-6888 or email EastLakesHOA@comcast.net. Voicemails may not be heard for several days; we recommend sending an e-mail instead.
In-person Board of Directors meetings are suspended until further notice. The Fines Committee/Covenant Enforcement Committee meeting originally scheduled for April 8th will be rescheduled.
Our maintenance manager Brian will still be on property Monday – Friday to care for the common areas. Our landscaping contractor will continue their regular twice a month lawn cutting schedule. Please contact the office for any landscaping questions or issues.
