NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

EAST LAKES IN PEMBROKE PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSN. INC.
TO ALL MEMBERS:
On Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM, at 9732 NW 16th Court, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.

The agenda for the Annual Meeting
is:
1. Certifying Quorum – Call to order.
2. Proof of Notice of Meeting.
3. Reading and disposal of unapproved minutes.
4. Reports of Officers.
5. Reports of Committees.
6. Appointment of Inspectors of Elections.
7. Election of Directors.
8. Unfinished Business.
9. New Business.
10. Adjournment.

BOARD MEETINGS

Board meetings are every third Sunday of the month at 10 a.m. Check message board outside the office or the online calendar for current time and date.

If you would like to address the board with a topic for discussion, please call the office a week in advanced to be added to the agenda.

NOTE: dates may change in occasions.

Meeting agendas will be posted outside the office in accordance to 720.303(2)(c)1. F.S. except in an emergency.

SPECIAL MEETINGS 

Notice of any special meeting would be posted in a conspicuous place on the website or message board 14 days before such meeting by 720.306 F.S.
