A community of 332 townhome units, located at the southeast corner of Taft Street and Palm Avenue in the city of Pembroke Pines. It offers easy access to the major North-South highways as it is located about midway between the Florida Turnpike and I-95 to the East and I-75 to the west.
East Lakes Homeowners’ Association, a volunteer organization, serves the community and is responsible for maintaining the public areas, including the pool, tennis courts and the tot lot. That responsibility also includes the streets and exterior painting of all units.
